What to Expect Each Night

Here’s what a typical night looks like:

6:00–6:30 PM | Welcome & Fellowship
Families arrive anytime between 6:00pm and 6:30pm to connect and settle in.
This is a time to build relationships, meet new friends, and enjoy a warm,
welcoming environment rooted in the love of Christ.

6:30 PM | Prayer, Safety & Instruction Review
We begin every night in prayer, inviting God into our time together. Then we do a
quick recap of safety rules and archery basics to ensure everyone is confident
and ready to go

6:40–7:00 PM | Target Practice
Kids shoot at paper targets to build skill and consistency. Coaches are on hand
to offer encouragement and guidance, helping archers grow at their own pace.

7:00–7:30 PM | Devotion & Snack
Part way thorough the evening we pause to focus on what matters most, God’s
Word. A short, engaging devotion teaches biblical truths in a way kids can
understand and apply to their lives. Afterward, everyone enjoys a light snack
together.

7:30–8:00 PM | Balloon Shoot
We finish the evening with a fun, high-energy balloon shoot! This is always a
favorite, and a great way to end the night with lots of laughter, celebration, and
encouragement.
