Sportsmen Fellowship Ministries was started by Rev. Frank Young in 2016 as a place for us to share passions with the community as God continues to reveal Himself to us through various outdoor activities. Through these activities, we will teach those who are a part of our ministry to help others have a relationship with Jesus Christ and to live for Him.
Our purpose is to include all individuals, families, those with disabilities, disadvantages and those with special needs to create a place where everyone can learn how to enjoy new outdoor sports while rejoicing in the fellowship of Christ.
Though Sportsmen Fellowship Ministries is not a church, we encourage those who are a part of our program to be connected to a church family where they can grow. We want each member to learn how to use the gifts, talents, and abilities they have been blessed with to further the Kingdom of God.
Our outdoor ministry meets to receive teaching through God’s word in Bible studies, devotionals and testimony of others in how God has worked through their lives. Our ministry offers spiritual counseling for those struggling with various obstacles in their lives.

Our objectives include:
- To provide religious and spiritual instruction through the outdoors
- To teach safety and technique through the proper use of outdoor equipment
- To instill knowledge and ethics through practicing conservation and wise management decisions
