“Whoever digs a pit may fall into it; whoever breaks through a wall may be bitten by a snake.”

Ecclesiastes 10:8

I love this verse. Take a risk with God and expect results. Don’t take a risk and expect nothing. God uses those who get out of their comfort zone. Just like Israel, God has demonstrated His power and His faithfulness towards us.

God and I have been through a lot together. The key word here is TOGETHER! Since the beginning when we received Christ in our lives, Gods aim has always been for us to trust in Him, preparing us for greater things that lie ahead. For Israel it was Egypt. For us it is health, finances, relationships, fears etc…

Just like Israel these were beginners risks. All Israel and we needed to do was obey Gods direction. That what He does with beginners. He takes them through experiences to show them what He will do. He wants to bring us into new opportunities to trust Him. He allows us to be a part of His victories. To build up our confidence to cause us to realize that we have value.

To me, With God, it’s Risk or nothing.
