Wow! Jeremiah ate Gods Word! What does that tell us? Not only the warm fuzzy stuff, but Gods judgment. When he found them, he ate them. What a picture. I wonder, is that how much we love God’s Word? We know he actually did not eat God’s Word but he savored those words.

Reminds me of what Jesus said. “Man don’t live on bread alone, but the very Word that proceeds from the mouth of God.”

Jesus knew, that when we consumed God’s Word, the Holy Spirit provided the power to help us grow. It transforms us. So eat to your hearts content without the worry of eating too much…
