Poet, E.E Cummings said, “One of the most wasted of all days is one without laughter.
“And Sarah declared, God has brought me laughter. All who hear about this will laugh with me.”
Genesis 21:6

I am so fascinated with laughter and I believe that we as a church need to learn what a powerful tool this is and how it affects others around us.
Many people have told me that my smiling and my laughter is contagious. Many times, I have been in a room when many people erupt into laughter and they don’t know why, but it makes them feel good.
Have you ever began laughing when you are nervous? Studies show that laughter drives out fear. Do you think God designed us that way?
My smiling and laughing has been a tool to lead others to Christ. It shows a peace and a hope that others don’t have. Folks, humor attracts people a smile attracts people and laughter sets people free of their anxieties.
I know people who laughs at the enemy. Satan you will not get the best of me, so I laugh in your face. It causes you to move in the opposite spirit.
Studies have shown that laughter makes your body healthy.
Join with me today and work on that smile, and pray today that God will turn your mourning into laughter and see what the Lord will do with that.
