“Beloved, don’t evenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”

We live in a day where there is so much wrong going on around us. Some of those things affect us or those we love. I don’t know about you, but those things are bothersome to me.

This verse sometimes is hard to swallow. There is constantly a battle going on in our flesh to get even, instead of putting it in Gods hands. This verse tells me, that God has this. Yes, He may leave some time go by, but He keeps in his memory the wrongs done to us. So our problem is again TRUST. So, can we trust that God got this?

The Bible tells me, that day is coming, that all the wrongs that were done will be made right. And those who don’t seek forgiveness are in for a surprise.

So, let’s not carry the weight of revenge on your shoulders, even if we play it out in our minds. Believe me, GOD HAS THIS. Can you trust Him?
